Aqua Aeration Systems Ltd (“we”) is based in Essex, UK. This policy explains what personal information we collect through aquaaeration.co.uk and how we use it.

What we collect

When you place an order or send a custom build request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the details you give us about your pond or order.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, quote for and build your order, take payment and arrange delivery. We don’t sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.

Payments

If you pay online, payment is handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

Cookies and storage

The site stores your basket in your own browser so it’s still there when you come back. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as UK tax law requires (usually six years) and enquiry emails for up to two years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing aqua-aeration-systems@outlook.com or calling 07774 547763. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
